Rest In Peace: The King Of Pop Michael Jackson
Posted on June 26th, 2009 @ 2:57 pm

I was truly saddened when I was coming home from my mom’s job & around 5 they broke in saying that Michael has been rushed to the hospital & they were waiting on updates as to why. Then when I was home the news, Fox 5 pronounced him dead at 6:14pm. The LA times & CBS truly confirmed, everyone was relying on CNN when they couldn’t confirm anything. People were flipping out on Facebook & twitter, saying OMG He is not dead, blah de blah. But I know Fox already said they never got a pulse & they attempted to revive him several times even before & while he was being transported to the UCLA medical center. The autopsy will truly reveal what the cause of death was. All I know is that he has truly left his mark on many people in the world. Everyone was touched by him in some way. Most, through his music. He is a legend, always have been & always will be & no one will ever be able to compare to him in Pop, R&B, or Hip Hop. He always will be “Often imitated, but never ever duplicated”. I don’t care about the allegations about him with boys. I just really think people should’ve left him alone. He was an entertainer & great at it. How many people can sell out concerts internationally without even having an album released…the only other person I can think of is The Artist Formerly Known as Prince. He’s next in line because he’s a musical genius as well. Everyone else are just influenced by Michael, but there will never be another Michael. I loved all of his albums, my mom has actual records & everything in her collection. I remember being video taped as a child dancing to his music. I remember singing “we are the worlde” at a program at my private school in 1st grade. I know every marching band has played Michael & the Jackson 5 in a half time show or in the stands & will continue to play them along with EWF, Cameo, & other talented musicians. I will never forget how he wrote & performed songs with strong messages about the world, people, & the issues we face or have faced or even will face. Anyone in the music industry was touched by his loss. Thriller, OMG! the best album ever!!!! I remember being scared fromt eh music video. I actually thought it was a movie. The dance, omg!!! great, make up, wardrobe, costume, etc. ON POINT! Like seriously, between Michael & Janet, who can dance like them??? lol, yea, imitators…The moonwalk, high waters, members only jackets, glitter gloves, he was soooo eclectic & set the STANDARD. Everyone started investing in music videos to promote their singles like MICHAEL. I remember the Moonwalker video which featured videos to Bad, Smooth Criminal, etc. Omg the little roger rabbit looking bunny in smooth criminal was soooo cute. I can honestly say I genuinely teared when I found out happened. It’s soooo sad that everyone who was an icon is just dying, WHY??? He was just 50 years old. That’s not a long life at all, & to think that some selfish heartless people try to focus on the negativity that went on in his life rather than how GREAT he was at what he did. HE is GREAT, point blank period, human, but GREAT. He shouldn’t be faulted for being just like anyone else. People make mistakes & have their own personal problems, but that’s life. He will definitely have a funeral fit for a KING & QUEEN regardless of the haters. People are just mad that no one will fly across to globe if they dropped dead. If I was in Cali, I wouldve been outside of the hospital too, perhaps. It’s just so sad, but maybe he served his purpose. He wrote songs that changed lives & the world, paved the way for other artists, inspired others, & was a TRUE HUMANITARIAN. That’s probably what GOD wanted him to do & now he has other plans for him in a better place, because everyone knows that the EARTH is like a figurative form of Hell inhabited by demonic and barbaric people. I believe you are at peace when you leave Earth. You no longer have to suffer, hurt, deal with the demons, etc. I just know the book of revelations is near & all of the angels are leaving this Earth one by one before judgment day & those who aren’t trying to get themselves right with God will be sorry & pay the piper. R.I.P. Michael & I hope God helps your family through this huge loss & difficult time. I do agree with Jermaine Jackson, that the media needs to allow his family the time to deal with their grief in privacy because this is a serious moment & it shouldn’t be exploited in any shape or form.

And Perez Hilton will rot for what he wrote initially about MJ insinuating that he was acting because he was afraid to perform in London. People like him deserve to get beat up or placed in jail. I dont understand how people have no life of their own that they leech on to celebs so that they can get fame & try to ruin celebs lives or hurt them with their rumors & gossip & just pure invasion of privacy. Why can’t those people be the ones that die & not the good people. I guess it’s just the way of having them suffer so when judgment day comes, they’ll be begging for forgiveness before they burn for eternity.
