Thank you guys who commented on my last blog. I’m over that situation. Come & Go like seasons… I must say; I have so many ideas for this site that I want to put to use but my internet connection has been mad sucky…I’m using dial up right now. My mom left Bellsouth & switched to comcast sooo tomorrow hopefully I can hook up the router & enjoy a wireless connection and I can change this blah layout…Im glad I have WP though because Ive deleted a lot of spam from bots or what not…it’s sooo secure; lol…

It’s winter break…my bro’s home; we got him from the airport Monday, school’s out for like 2 or 3 weeks…I still need to buy my Honda BOTB tickets; next week I’m gonna make that happen; maybe the day after Christmas morning.

My boyfriend comes home for like 10 days, but I miss him soooo much & can’t wait to see him. His plane lands around 4 on New Year’s Eve; hopefully we get to go hang out downtown or something because I really want to be with him. Dominique’s supposed to come in town but Im trying to figure how I’m going to manage time with her too; she wanted to stay at my grandmother’s house with me, but I don’t know because I know how things are when my boyfriend comes home. He and I have really talked a lot last night and it really helped a lot.

I was chosen to be one of the 8 models for a designer the day after Christmas Downtown; she’s going to be shooting her Spring Collection. I’m excited; she’s going to call me tomorrow with the exact location. i wonder if I need to have my hair done or will their be a stylist or whatever. I might get my nails done. I was also chosen to test shoot with a photographer; I need to call her to set up a date & time & location & find out what I need to wear. I can probably call up a stylist to provide something & hit up an MUA to do one look for me. I also might be doing another spring collection with another deisgner but I have to call him for details, so I’ll call him tomorrow. I also have a photographer that wanted to shoot some on location photos; so if my hair’s done or whatever I’ll call her up to make that happen; maybe when my bf comes home. I also talked to the guy about my website he was supposed to build 4 mths ago. He told me to call him to talk about it. I can’t really get mad because it’s free, but I’m like what’s the deal because I know I was one of the first ones & everyone else has their sites. I was in a fashion show 2 weeks ago at the Utopia Lounge. I modeled a design by Colin Turner; it was fun; my hair & make up was dramatic & his sister used my real hair. I was shocked.

I might be cutting my hair in January…I’m going mad short; edgy short yet half long or something….IDK but it’s getting cut; it’ll grow back; I have a decent grade of hair so; no worries; then I want golden highlights because Im just ready for a new look.

I might be working part time for the government starting in January. I went against what my mom said but Im tired of being held back from opportunities. It’s good money doing a pretty easy job (clerical) & I told my grandmom. She took me to do the fingerprinting last weekend; I have to wait 2-3 wks for the results so I hopefully will be getting an email for processing soon & then I’m going str8 to the dealership. I’m tired of everyone trying to tell me what I can’t do & need to do when they aren’t 100 with their shit. Im hard headed; I do things the hard way but it makes me wiser & in the end I still succeed so I’m good. I’m blessed for real.

I concluded that I’m going to go on & stick with marketing as my sole major. I’m just going to get certified to teach & might just go for the teaching special education deal since I dont like math & not into science anymore & their’s a shortage. Whoever don’t agree; oh well because they don’t pay for anything. My b/f is ok with it & I’m sure is just ready for me to say I’m graduating; so Dec. 2009 or May 2010; my undergrad years are over.
